We have created PDF versions of the Land Use Survey Interim Results (as of Nov 29th) and the Conceptual Sketch Survey Interim Results (to Nov 29). We’ll update them regularly.
Not all comments appear publicly to respect the wishes of people submitting them, but the data includes all participants so far.

Here are tallies from the prototype versions of the surveys we provided at our table at Bowfest in August, 2019, the Bowfest Land Use Survey and the Bowfest Conceptual Sketch Survey.
The questions are very similar, but there were enough small changes in wording that we present them here separately.
