“The worst case is that nothing will change and they’ll continue selling off 4-hectare lots, with zoning that allows an absolutely massive house on each, logged out areas called ‘view corridors’ and apparently one non-residential accessory building for every .2ha. Add in cleared buffers for fire safety and one wonders what will be left after 30 years if we continue down the current path.”
